How do your get started?
Here are the steps:
- we give you an assessment of current health status including postural, flexibility and strength assessment to determine functional problems such as core and posture and set fitness goals.
- design a tailored fitness program including cardio, stretching, core and functional strength, addressing any weaknesses and imbalances.
