Hatha Yoga / Yoga Flow / Pilates & Yoga Combo:
Mond 1:15-2:15pm - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika
Tue 9:30-10:30am - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika
Tue 7-8pm - Hatha Yoga with Maureen
Wed 1-2pm - Hatha Yoga with Maureen
Thur 12-12:50pm - Pilates/Yoga Express with Annika
Frid 9:30-10:30am - Yoga Flow with Annika
Sat 10-11am - Yoga Sculpt with Renee
