Spring is around the corner...isn't it?
As we celebrate our 3rd Year Anniversary we plan for the arrival of spring! This April we are adding a new Bootcamp class and welcome instructor and trainer Mary Shaw to the team, host another Live Music Yoga evening and bring you more exciting classes and top of the line personal training and massage therapy to get you ready for a fit & healthy Spring!

total body workout to build strength, cardio and core!
Focusing on functional movement this is a fun yet challenging workout using kettlebells, BOSU, stability ball, TRX and more ...all to help you get ready for summer!

To inspire you to eat healthy and tasty, here is a recipe for Quinoa Spring Salad:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 yellow pepper diced
1 cup diced cucumber
1/3 cup diced red onion
1 can chick peas drained and rinsed
2/3 cup crumbled feta (with herbs if you like)
2 small tomatoes diced or 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
toasted pine nuts (optional)
2tbsp prepared pesto
2tbsp (or more) balsamic vinegar
2tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
