New classes to get Your Body Ready for Summer!
The sun is finally here, gardening in full bloom and the beach and cottages are awaiting us!
Is your Body ready for Summer?
Between Victoria Day and Canada Day is a great time to put a little extra focus on yourself to get rid of those extra pounds, cleanse, firm and tone up your body.
We have 3 NEW CLASSES
that focus on strength training -
the missing ingredient
we don't usually do on our own!
PT SPIN -
30 min of spinning followed by 30 min of strength and core work. Best of both worlds!
Monday's @ 9:30am with Annika
Thursday's @ 9:15am with Sandi
PT STRENGTH -
an hour focused on strength & core, with focus on proper form for maximum result.
For all levels, this is like personal training in a group setting!
Monday's @ 5:30pm with Kelly
